A few words on Libya, enslavement of Libya, and on so called Baltic States and the theory of “Occupation”

The Essence:
Russian Federation and the countries it can get on board
1)    Should not approve any UN mandate for NATO or any third power to stay on the ground or enter Libya to "stabilize it" or сommit more murders.
2)    Should condemn the US/NATO aggression against Libya and declare the UN mandate is abused and hence void.
3)    Should not extend any recognition to the government imposed on Libyans by force and NATO airport
4)    Should help to form Libyan government in exile and maintain the premise that Libya is now occupied. The Libyan government in exile can be based in South Africa.
5)    Prepare an international convention on regime change – or change of government imposed by a colonial power as defined by aggressor power or coalition of powers which do not share a natural border with the victim state, under which any alternation of government produced by force or threat of use of force (repeating Vienna convention) convention such as occurred in Libya and Iraq will not be recognized. Even if the USA and NATO vultures would abstain from such a convention, the rest of the world would sign up.

The Summary:
After self-dissolution of the Soviet Union, the USA and some of its NATO vassals revived a myth of the Baltic occupation. Supposedly the so-called Baltic States were incorporated in the USSR because the USSR threatened to use force unless left governments are brought into power. Consequently the USA and the UK now claim they never recognized incorporation of the Baltic States within the Soviet Union. Even if the USSR did threaten to use force, the threat was not illegal from the standpoint of international law as it existed in the 1940. Only the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969) outlawed threat of use of force in international relations (which makes all agreements signed by the USA and its vassals, by the NATO and even by the UN with nations as diverse and far apart geographically from each other as Serbia and Afghanistan null and void).
Although the USA did not recognize peaceful Baltic unification within the Soviet Union, and that was wrong, the right thing to do for Russia and other non-allied states it can muster around, would be to put forward a notion, which can then be codified into international law, that no new government of a nation or territory that was changed by an outside force or a coalition of states with which the said nation shares no borders, i.e. by an act of direct colonial aggression disguised as a mission to protect civilians, would ever be recognized as legitimate. Furthermore all nations where change of government occurred due to or with assistance of military action by third states or coalition of states with which the nation where change of government occurred shares no common border, i.e in the course of colonial action, would be considered occupied. Furthermore an election held in presence of the foreign forces should be considered illegitimate as it is conducted under threat of use of force.
Using similar logic
Russia (and China and any other states such as members of the African Union) should not recognize new foreign-imposed governments of Libya and withdraw recognition from governments which were created through foreign occupation (namely the government of today's Afghanistan). Russia, China, Africa Union should help establish governments in exile for Libya and other states wrecked by NATO and deny the occupiers the legitimacy they so crave for. 



The Story of the Baltic Occupation:
In the 1940 Soviet armed forces entered Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, all three territories were former Russian provinces, and not independent countries in any historic sense except perhaps for Lithuania which might have existed like mythical Israel of yore (the modern state of Israel bases its claims to the lands underneath it on... Biblical evidence) or as a part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and a footnote in the Eastern European history of the Late Middle Ages. Neither Latvia nor Estonia had any historical record of existence and in case of Latvia did not even appear as a geographical concept until the end of the First World War when both Estonia and Latvia were created in a plot of local ethnic nationalists (future ethno-Nazis, in case of Estonia it is even today run by ethnic Nazis) and Bolsheviks. The only power which recognized Estonia and Latvia at the time were two bandits – Lenin and Trotsky. The legitimacy of those ethnic states formed in the Russian lands is based on the original Leninist recognition.

In 1939 three by the then time fascist statelets signed pacts of mutual defense with the Soviet Union. In 1940 – at the time of spectacular Nazi successes – Soviet Union insisted on establishing military bases in fascist ethnic statelets of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. No a shot was fired. After situation in Europe escalated, Paris fell to the Nazis (was declared an open city), the Soviet Union forced what amounted to ultimatum to the fascist governments in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and brought about replacement of fascist governments with left ones,which after the referendum joined the Soviet Union. During all this time not a bomb fell and not a shot was fired.

Although the incorporation of the Baltic Republics was lawful, legal, historically just (as it was Russian state's territory) and although ethnic states are abomination in and by themselves, and although the unification of Baltic Provinces and the USSR was recognized at Yalta, Potsdam and later Helsinki (On Security and Cooperation in Europe, Final Act of 1975 which recognized borders of the Soviet Union as unchangeable and legal as they were of August 1, 1975; recognized by the United States as well), after the dissolution of the Soviet Union the Nazi monster reared its ugly head again. After the defeat of Germany in 1945, the United States assumed on the role of the Third Reich in respect to anti-Communism, in certain ways Americanism is Nazism as foundation of American power in Europe was based not on forces which fought Nazism but precisely on those which were allied with the Nazism. Needless to say most enthusiastic supporters of the United States are Nazis, that is obvious especially in Eastern Europe, from Croatia to Estonia.

One of the most hideous propaganda myth was the notion spread by American State Department and the Nazis (literally Estonian and Latvian Nazis who fled the justice for the safety of American protection, as the USA was always willing to help Nazis as it was ready to help Islamists if the fight against Russia - or in fact any independent state - was at stake) that somehow three Baltic territories (now called Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) were occupied by the Soviet Union.

Of course Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania were never occupied by the Soviet Union, but as a justification for the theory the USA propagandists and the Nazis put forth a theory that the incorporation in the USSR was less than lawful because threat (!) of use of force (though no actual force) might have been used to induce the statelets to bring left governments into power and abolish native fascist regimes which the USA would have preferred then as it does now. In 2008 the United States Senate even demanded that Russia “recognizes occupation of the Baltic states” (Something Russia cannot possibly do because there was no occupation, this is American Nazi propaganda canard).

Indeed in 1969 the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties was signed. As far as I know I know all members of the NATO are signatories of the treaty. The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties states explicitly that force or threat of use of force makes any international agreement void - Article 52 - Coercion of a State by the threat or use of force 247 A treaty is void if its conclusion has been procured by the threat or use of force. This means of course that all treaties and agreements the American Nazis and their European vassals have “reached” in, with or in respect to Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Haiti Yugoslavia (as a historic entity), Serbia, Kosovo (a part of Serbia illegally occupied by NATO at this time), Bosnia, etc. are not worth the paper they are written on.

Soviet Union did not occupy Baltic States and even  if even used a threat of force, if there was any as there is no evidence of such threat , this was not illegal under international law of the late 1940s.

The USA occupies Iraq and Afghanistan and the USA has destroyed peaceful, prosperous state of Libya that was no threat to anyone. The regime that is about to seize control of Libya was brought in to power through murder, by American drones and NATO bombers.

Russian Federation  should not allow this crime to go either unpunished or unnoticed.
Of course, Russian Federation is used almost metaphorically, someone has to come forward, the Republic of South Africa is also a great candidate to unify Africa, the world and deny Nazi rats and colonialists the legitimacy they seek.

1)    Russia (or any other third country like China or Venezuela) should not approve any UN mandate for stabilizing Libya and should use it veto power if necessary to stop any UN resolution on Libya that might somehow abet or aid USA and NATO in their task of enslaving that African nation and stealing its natural resources.
2)    The ongoing US/NATO aggression against Libya should be condemned. Unconditionally and without any reservations as of. The original UN mandate for protecting civilians and establishing a non-fly zone was misused and abused. 
3)    Russia, China and non-aligned states should organize a diplomatic effort to deny any recognition to the would-be government of thugs, murderers and rapists which “succeeded” in destroying Libya with the help of NATO air power.
4)    A Libyan government in exile should be formed (perhaps in the Republic of South Africa) and it should be  maintained that Libya is occupied. No elections which resulted in campaign of bombing and murder should be considered legitimate.
5)    We need an international convention on anti-colonialism,  analogues to the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties that would deny legitimacy to governments formed by or outright imported by imperialist powers and deny any legitimacy to elections held under  duress or in presence of foreign troops.

Double or triple standards - bloggers / facebook authors get four years prison sentences in Britain

In the UK two brave individuals were punished with four years sentences for speaking up and calling upon their fellow citizens to revolt against their oppressors.

A Russian blogger, Savva Terentiev (also spelled Terentyev and Terentjev) got a political asylum in the ethnofascist statelet of Estonia, I wrote about Savva in my Russian blog though haven't yet finished the exposé. In  private blog of a local journalist in Syktavkar (a nominally Finno-Ugric duchy  deep in the lands of the Punista khanate),   Savva Terentyev proposed to build Auschwitz-like ovens and to burn members of Putinista militia or now those animals are called police, alive. I must say that to a degree I sympathize with what Savva Terentyev had to say and seconded that sentiment (of cremating Soviet-Russia militia alive, they are pestilence and people detest them).  Savva, a wise and thoughtful man,  a genius in fact,  provided a link to his personal website containing his home address and did not forget to leave his phone number as well . Because even the Scotland Yard would have found him under the circumstances,  predictably enough the militia murderers caught up with him as well.  They did not kill him though. There was alas no bloody scene. I remember signing some petition in his defense.  Savva Terentyev was tried by an inhumane Russian court, got a suspended sentence of one year of which he did not serve a day. Instead he moved to St. Petersburg. Then he moved (in a comfortable tourist bus) to ethnofasist statelet of Estonia where he, his wife and their offspring were  immediately granted political asylum that came in a package with a  generous ethno-Nazi stipend.  He promptly went on the radio praising Nazism,  denouncing ethnic Russians who oppress poor Estonians and was thanking (profusely) the current ethnocracy in Estonia who met him and his family (in his literal words) with open arms as their dear guests. 

A guy wrote something in a a facebook or private blog (and I am in support of free speech all hundred percent, no censorship please) and was persecuted by a court in Russia, did not serve a day in prison, was for his ordeal  proclaimed a  martyr for free speech in the EU; he  finally  got a political asylum in the EU (while nobody knows anything about his political views except that he calls to burn people alive - like the Nazis burned Jews - these are his own words, not mine).  Two other guys  do almost the same in the UK except that they do not call for murder of anyone but only for freedom - and they get immediately punished with four year actual prison sentences.

Where are the petitions? Where are the tears? The chest beating? The public outcry?   Why is no EU state offering asylum to those martyrs for free speech? Weird. I am puzzled. Are you?

In memoriam 

On August 11, 2011 Estonian Nazi thugs murdered Karen Drambian (also spelled as Drambjan and Drambyan) , a human rights activist, writer and a lawyer, apparently in cold blood, while staging a wild theatrical propaganda performance in the process.

The event was widely misreported by American and British media, which function as a mouthpiece for fascist and Estonian propaganda due to strategic considerations and also cultural pathologies such as ingrained and deep seated Russophobia.  The linked news article has an illustration (which shows  the old Russian palace at the Domberg, not the ethno-Nazi Ministry of Defense, which it supposed to depict).

The story developed as follows.

A man exploded bombs in the Estonia ministry of defense.

Hostages taken. 
Then it turns out that no bombs exploded.

Then it turns out no hostages were taken.

Then the man commits suicide.

Then it turns out he was not even a human but a Russian.

Later acknowledgement come in that he was killed in a shootout with Nazi guards or individuals whom the EU and NATO media refer to as Estonian police.

Andrus Ansip, the mini Führer of the ethno-fascist Estonian statelet claimed, with a perfectly straight face, that Karen Drambian was inspired by Breivik, the homicidal Norwegian Nazi militant. 

Let us set the record straight and compare two cases:

Breivik killed almost one hundred people.

He shot children.

He finished dying kids off in an act of almost unfathomable inhumanity.

Karen Drambian killed nobody but could have killed many.

The building were events took place is next to Solaris shopping center with thousands of pedestrians in what American military calls a target rich environment.  Karen Drambyan could have shot at least as many people as Breivik had.  If Drambjan had explosives as Nazi propagandists and their American and British sponsors now claim, then he could have caused sensational amount of damage. 

However Karen Drambjan did not even attempt to take any hostages.
There were no explosions.
No damage either. 

One important thing about this link is that it states that there is 25% Russian minority in Estonia by relying only on an Estonian ethno-Nazi claim which itself is based on classification of people by ethnicity, something civilized societies don't do but which is a norm in fascist Estonia - more on that later. 

Estonians are themselves a tribe and classify themselves in ethnic terms. But Russians are not. The actual Russian minority in today's statelet of Estonia, including all people of different backgrounds, is over 40%.  Here are two personal examples. During my sojourn in the fascist statelet I employed two babysitters for my kid. One girl was an ethnic Buryat and the second lady was a retired flight attendant from Armenia. In fascist Estonia both considered themselves Russian. Actually I realized how great was the unifying power of Russia, Russian culture and language only in  Estonia, now trampled under ethnostate's stinky foot.  Also only in Estonia I understood what is racism about and how discrimination looks like - not in America, France, Austria, Germany or the Czech Republic but in Estonia I saw the ethnic fascism's hideous face. I also understood why did Estonians kill their fellow citizens, Jews, during ethnic cleansing of the 1940s.

My Buryat babysitter has a gorgeous boy who is half ethnic Estonian. But the boy considers himself Russian. He talks of Estonians as of "fascists" and though was only five years old at the time sayd that he wants to kill them all.  Nowhere else did I see the intensity of suppressed ethnic hatred as great as in Estonia.

Karen Drambjan, the man in the news who was called a terrorist though he committed no acts of terror and hostage taker but who took no hostages was a prolific essay writer and put together a manifesto on the state of interethnic relations in Estonia.   I will translate this manifesto on some other occasion.  Karen Drambjan was born in Soviet Armenia, was ethnically Armenian and considered himself Russian. He was one of greatest Russians in today's statelet of Estonia. A true hero who was murdered for his views.

The killing according to the semi-official version. 

Supposedly Nazi thugs (Estonian police) broke into the building of the Defense Ministry and supposedly Karen Drambjan returned fire when they fired at him, with obvious attempt of murdering him, and was killed in the process.

Now remember they did not kill Breivik who murdered 100 people but they killed subhuman Karen Drambyan who did not murder anyone. 

That's an important fact to keep in mind. The phony double genocide theory comes up as a parallel.

Under the circumstances,  anywhere else in Europe and the USA, authorities would hold negotiations which may go on perhaps for days until the suspect surrenders and even in America I cannot see how a man would be murdered for sport on the spot without even an attempt at negotiation:  Karen Drambjan was no danger to society or to anybody else. 

Prominent Estonian Nazi Hardo Aasmäe, former mayor of Tallinn and a  Russophobe of some note, presents his version under title of "We don't get this sort of jokes". Under his version of events  Karen Drambyan wanted to get arrested and use the courtroom, Dimitrov-style,  for spreading awareness about apartheid state in Estonia and discrimination of the Russian speakers. This was an attention grabbing plot which should have never been allowed to succeed and that's why we killed him says Hardo Aasmäe .  What  the Nazi means is that Estonian  state would kill anyone who may attract too much attention to its malfeasance or to the issue of ethnic discrimination especially someone who allegedly did it as spectacularly as Karen Drambayan.

Here is what actually happened. Another version of events as narrated to me by local Esths or Estonians.   It is more prosaic than Hardo Aasmäe's version of events.

Since Estonia is an ethnic totalitarian state, local Gestapo (Kapo) maintains a near total surveillance of human rights activists and any sort of dissidents like any kind of opposition to the tribal state is suppressed.   Estonia is the state for a tribe called Estonians and others must live by their rules.  Russian language is outlawed. Karen Drambian, a hero and a brilliant author, was also a vocal critic of fascism, Nazism and of ethnic Estonian state.  By murdering him the Estonian state of Laar and Ansip could achieve a number of goals.  Firstly,  silence a voice that opposes Nazism (a dangerous thing to do in a fascist state that is Estonia anyway). Secondly, achieve a propaganda coup - prove to its American masters (the US embassy is just a few hundred meters away) that Estonian fascists are fighting Russian terrorism. And thirdly, show that people who sympathize with those pesky inferior Russians are unstable,  psychotic, and are a danger.  Karen Drambian was an obvious choice for this almost ritual sacrifice.   

Because Karen Drambian was an Armenian, his life held no value on the ethno-Nazi scale. He was probably deemed as worthless as a Jew though may be slightly more valuable than a Russian or a nigger (in Estonian parlance both are same),  all in all to the ethnostate people his life held less value than that of  a dead mole. 

What might have happened: he was murdered by Estonian Gestapo, called Kapo, and his body was brought to the Ministry of Defense. After that a spectacle, a theatrical performance was staged. In the aftermath of the killing (he was probably killed hours and hours before the event), the place was calm, Estonian Nazi police were laughing and joking (ah, just killed a nigger),   Estonian journalists were giggling, there was Mart Laar, walking around like a fat-filled piece of ravioli without any obvious protection, and no, this did not look like a hostage taking scene.  Under cover of darkness the body of murdered Karen Drambjan was removed. I assume it was brought in also under cover of darkness. 

I believe in  this version: The Estonian Gestapo / Kapo murdered Karen Drambyan somewhere else and then used his remains in the Nazi theater performance. The argument for this is simple enough. Although the co-called ministry of defense of the ethno-Nazi Estonian state is located in an area with dense pedestrian traffic next to a shopping center, the building itself is heavily guarded. There are police cars on alert right opposite from the entrance.  Nazi guards are all over. Pacing back and forth. People who enter the building are checked on the outside. There is a metal detector one has to walk through before he gets in. In brief it is all but impossible for someone who is unarmed to enter the building.  Because Karen Drambyan allegedly had a loaded pistol, hundred or so of spare rounds of ammunition (not too many by the way, ethno-Nazis should have claimed that he had thousands) and sacks of explosives, his entry to the building through the main guarded entrance must either be an event that occurred in the realm of the supernatural or a (science) fiction story.  The latter is more credible, in fact one can even recognize the authorship .  Another argument - Karen Drambyan was quite a prolific writer and he would have for sure left an appeal, a list of demands or a manifest of some kind in case if he really decided to attract attention to the plight of subhumans (Russians in Estonian classification) in Estonia under the EU, US and NATO watch before he stormed the heavily guarded Ministry of Defense like a lonely knight and attained the  impossible feat of breaking into the armed compound soundlessly while being unobserved  lest resisted by  automatic weapons brandishing guards or for that matter by anyone else, what a miracle! and then by by-passing metal detectors and storming onward through the massive instantly lockable remotely controlled doors.  

Pure magic.

Yes I do believe in magic but not in ethno-fascist canards. 

Karen Drambjan was murdered before the staged Ministry of Defense break-in. 

This is an American inspired piece of drama written clearly in the familiar Nazi style of dealing with minorities, and narrated in English, read out aloud with heavy Estonian accent.

English language Wikipedia  is operated by the CIA and its regional sites of any ideological interest are run by pro-American groups, in case of Estonia the operators and editors are the Estonian Nazis who have also been running the evil ethnic statelet for the last 20 years. The English Wikipedia has a short article on Viktor Kingissepp. The hatred and propaganda that Wikipedia is soaked in so thoroughly drips down from every sentence.  In the article Viktor Kingissepp is described as a Soviet Communist politician and leader of Estonian Communist party. One very important feature of the foreign workings of the American Empire and its Nazi underlings in Central and Eastern Europe is reclassification of the concept of nationality by reversing the thousand year old tradition of its definition from that of the sovereign allegiance to merely ethnic or tribal affiliation. Suddenly fascist Estonia, a statelet that is barely 20 year old ruled on behalf of a tribe that began identifying itself as such only about 120 years ago, became an ancient nation with history that is older than those of Egypt and Babylon.  The redefinition of one's nationality from sovereign state to tribal identity, something US propagandists  would not of course permit to happen to the US Empire  itself, was instrumental in breaking up Austrian empire in the aftermath of the First World War and creating a number of proto New World Order ethnic states on Russia's periphery. It was also the foundation under Alfred Rosenberg's plans for breaking up Russia into new "ethnic nations", which was adopted wholesale by  American heirs to the Third Reich cause (which was about Anti-Communism and Russophobia, anti-Semitism was incidental as Nazis associated Jews with Bolshevism and disorder).  Today's State Department policies toward Russia are based on these Alfred Rosenberg's blueprints.  English Wikipedia in reference to the former Russian Empire classifies people only by ethnicity per desires of local ethno-Nazis and approval of the American masters though most of those historic personages who are now classed  in  ethnic categories like Ukrainian or Estonian would have never thought of themselves in these terms.  In case of Viktor Kingissepp we face the same case of schizophrenia. The article does not say that Viktor Kingissepp is Estonian, an Esth but in it he becomes a Soviet Communist politician - all other Wikipedia articles would elaborate extensively on every minor personage's ethnic background but suddenly, in violation of all known American and Nazi  rules of how people and history of Russian Empire should be construed and misrepresented,  Viktor Kingissepp becomes a Soviet, a person with no ethnicity. Bizarre.  Naturally enough when you only lie - and that is what Nazi propaganda is all about and have to use ideology all the time to back your inventions (like the preposterous myth about occupation of so-called Baltic states) you are bound to make mistakes now and then.  

Thus English language Wikipedia classifies Viktor Kingissepp as a Soviet (with a link to the American propaganda article about Soviet Union). But Estonian ethnic nationalist thugs (the future Nazis) murdered Viktor Kingissepp in May of 1922 while the Soviet Union was formed months later, in December of 1922. Although Soviet nationality of course existed, Viktor Kingissepp could not have possibly been Soviet unless he traveled forward in time and obtained Soviet citizenship beforehand.

Like murdered Karen Drambian, Viktor Kingissepp was  an attorney.  He was  a Russian lawyer trained at the University of St. Petersburg.  He was also born a  Russian subject and he never recognized Estonian ethnic state.  Estonian ethno-nationalists, the progenitors of  local Nazis, killed him for his beliefs. Like Karen Drambian, Viktor Kingissepp did not take any hostages.    Unlike Karen Drambian who was just murdered in cold blood by Ansip and Laar's Nazis and the Estonian Gestapo (Kapo - which of course not just sounds almost identically to and  rhymes with Gestapo, but means same thing,  has same behavioral traits and shares common historical identity), Viktor Kingissepp was dragged in front of a kangaroo court that had no jurisdiction over him and then murdered in cold blood on the same day with his body removed under cover of darkness, like the body of murdered Karen Drambian, and thrown into the sea.   

Estonian ethnic nationalist court claim of having jurisdiction over Viktor Kingissepp was zoologically simple, since definition of nationality for those animals is tribal, that of a herd,  then Viktor Kingissepp could be tried and murdered because he was an Estonian, an Esth and a traitor to the tribal cause  as he did not believe that an Estonian state in that particular shape had any right to exist. The Nazism in reverse - not just Jews are to be killed because they are Jews but Estonians can be killed because they are Estonians who are not supportive of the tribal state's idea and hence are traitors due to accident of their birth as Estonians. 

I did not bring the story of Viktor Kingissepp here up just for nothing.

In the aftermath of the destruction of the Bronze Soldier in 2007 and the desecration of the wartime graves because they were Soviet and belonged to Russian subhumans (in very words of Estonian fascists I talked to), an event that went almost unnoticed in the outside world and which had no immediate consequences for Estonia as members of the top layer of the Russian Federation hierarchy under Putin and Medvedev regime derive financial benefits through Estonian ethnocracy,  there was one widely shared sentiment among many educated Russian speakers and not just among them. After Russian state is revived (and Russian Federation today is not a Russian state) and Russian sovereignty is restored over entire historical territory of the state as it existed before 1917,  naturally enough entities called Estonia and Latvia would have to be erased from the map.  The liquidation of Estonia as ethnostate has to be done in such a manner that the fascist statelet could never be resurrected from  the standpoint of politics or demographics and would be broken into different administrative parts where people of all ethnic backgrounds could speak their native language freely and enjoy identical rights. The finale must be final. One thing however was very important that those who were involved in persecution of other human beings because of their race, ethnicity or beliefs have to be punished.   I do hope that death penalty would be introduced in the territory and really bad Nazis hanged on a wholesale basis (something that wasn't alas done in 1945 as the territory was not denazified after the liberation). 

And here comes the epilogue to the   Viktor Kingissepp's murder story.   Estonian ethno nationalists murdered Viktor Kingissepp in 1922 and they thought they were running the show (as they were at the time) convinced that  big foreign powers are going to protect them forever. They felt they are the masters of life and the arbiters of life and death. That's how ethnic fascist who run today's Estonia feel now.  As Estonia became a fascist state in the late 1920s the murderers became even more comfortable and brazen.  But in 1940 the hellish fascist paradise was dissolved. Oops.  Yes, the wait was long, it  took 18 years but it was worth it. Soviet liberators led by Sergei Kingisepp, the son of slain hero Viktor, mercilessly hunted down Estonian ethno-fascists, those personally participated in the man's murder and murdered other dissidents.  The fake self-appointed judges, prosecutor, prison guards, executioners, all the riffraff, small or large, low and lower, every single creature responsible for the murder was traced, accounted for, hunted down and killed. A few lowlives changed their surnames and went into hiding or fled, but that did not help them,  at the end all of them were found, exposed, denounced  and killed like rabid animals. 

 

I believe that justice and humanity will triumph , and let's hope that not only the perpetrators of the Bronze Night are  brought to swift justice after the ethnic state is dealt with for good and democracy emerges victorious but the case of Karen Drambjan murder does not become somehow forgotten, and that every single individual who was involved in the murder of Karen Drambian will suffer the same fate as one that befell the murderers of Viktor Kingissepp.

Let's hope that in this case however the wait will be shorter than 18 years though.

Russians are niggers

That is an Estonian writing in the Baltic business news. 

This is very common.

I know of many people who were harassed in Estonia or beaten by police because they were perceived to be Russian niggers or Jews as Estonia is extremely anti-Semitic (the fact that the statelet' unelected president has some Russian and Jewish ancestry is irrelevant as this is being put continuously against him because unlike being French or Austrian or Russian, being Estonian is strictly a tribal concept).


What is symptomatic here is that the Estonian Nazi thought vis-a-vis minorities, which represent over a third of the fascist statelet's population but with EU blessing even denied any minority status,  has a very strong racial undertones, Estonians as a tribe obsessed with the glory of their Nazi past and their own ethnic purity exhibit quite a sensational degree  of tribal solidarity within their new ethnic fascist statelet and do routinely definite themselves as a  beings superior to others (though of course are just primitive peasants elevated to the nationhood by the Bolsheviks and the Soviets in the 20th century), hence the term nigger is often used to describe Russians in the apartheid state of Estonia.  In fact because Russians (a generic term for Slavs, Jews and Russian speakers) are deprived of all civil rights in Estonia (and Latvia) are NE GRazhdane, not citizens, even the term is abbreviated to negr or nigger. 


This goes on with full encouragement of the US Department of State and perhaps of Obama Administration (who personally may be ignorant of  what goes on the Baltic ethnofascist states which are now de facto NATO protectorates) and the EU by incorporating ethno-fascist satrapies into the larger cancerous body has decided that it will support any racist measures and the apartheid system itself as long as it is directed against (perceived) Russians. Although the EU may get away with it as long as plutocratic junta nominally headed by Putin-Medvedev runs Russia,   chances are that a change in government in Russia, which will probably come under nationalist, liberation and revivalist colors will lead to the full scale collision with the EU not least over the fascist regimes in the Baltics and perhaps even hastening of the EU's own demise.

Estonian Nazis murder a hostage taker who had no hostages

Today a fellow named Karen Drambian (Drambyan), obviously an Armenian by descent but a Russian by feeling (most if not all non-Esths are Russians to some extent, not in the ethnic sense) went to the Estonian Nazi ministry of defense and took a security guard hostage.

His demands are kept secret by the ethnostate.

Mart Laar, the Estonian neo-Nazi and the ethnocracy minister of "defense" was not in the building at the time.

By  five o'clock afternoon the hostage were released. 

The Nazis then murdered the man before he could surrender.  The canard that he shot himself was first launched though I got a phone call from a friend who said that they killed the "darkie".

I went to the building after Karen Drambian but did not wait until body was removed.  I saw Mart Laar, what a disgusting creature, and other Nazi scum today - unfortunately did not have a digital camera with me (only an antique Ferrania Eura, a Holga style contraption, not suitable for  this sort of photography).

Because it is ethno-fascist eSStonia one would not expect any investigation or formal inquiry into the murder.

The no secret secret of the Estonian economy is that its largest sector consists of re-export of commodities from the Russian Federation and of cargo transshipments. No Russian stuff - no Estonian "miracle". Money laundering and financial operations for Muscovite and St. Petersburg based economic nomenklatura come next. The third article of trade are synthetic illegal drugs that are shipped to the EU markets and other forms of organized crime. Perhaps next in line is the alcohol tourism in the old section of Reval. EU subsidies come in suite  after that. But with Goebbelsian stubborness the ethnofascist propaganda and its overseas propagandists (like the Economist-Edward-Lucas mouthpiece) keep on chanting their outlandish mantra about electronics being Estonia's chief export. In fact there is a subsidiary of Ericsson in the land that assembles cheap phones from Far Eastern components but the single wage slaves outfit  does not translate into  Estonia being an electronics powerhouse. Not more than my possession of a very badly tuned piano - and unlike me Estonians don't own the pathetic assembly factory in their land (!) - makes me a virtuoso of Chopin or Rubinstein caliber. For fairness sake some electronics were indeed made in Estonia - like Estonia brand record players, Hi-Fi Radiotehnika amplifiers and speakers, but those useful goodies were produced in the Estonian SSR era, under murderous and destructive "occupation".


I had a disturbing dream yesterday. Not yet qualifiable as a nightmare but disturbing nonetheless. You see I see curious dreams. I was in Reval or Tallinn and the day was warm, sunny with a few clouds in the luminous sky. Suddenly I've heard a bang, an incredible explosion, earth shook and everything around went pitch dark. It happened as if you were inside vast, brilliantly lit space which in reality turned out to be windowless room and somebody turned off the electric switch. Total silence followed. Then suddenly came wailing,  piercing cries of small children and the sound of a huge running crowd, the thump-thump of thousands of feet.

It was a lucid dream because I was quite aware of the stuff being a dream as this all was too cinematic and a bit too bizarre.

I narrated this story to my friend who looked at me in disbelief and asked if I know about the fertilizer story. As I professed my ignorance, he told me this  (and so here comes the bang). The local Russian built port of Muuga is a major transshipment location for Russian fertilizer industry. Countless thousands of tons of stuff are being shipped from there to the markets in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and South America. The rumor is that if the stuff  were to explode, and according to the rumor it can happen any minute night or day, that would be the end of it all as the explosion would be so powerful that not a brick would be left of the city of Tallinn..

Could my dream be prophetic? I answered that I hope so. We laughed it off.

The fertilizer canard is characteristic of ethno-Nazi paranoia and their quest for fictitious threats.  This one was probably more bizarre as my dream - the Russians (collectively) transship fertilizer through (actually Russian-built port) but it is not a benign operation that feeds the ever hungry natives but also a ticking danger, a time bomb of sorts, and either by  neglect or intent or God knows those Russians by intentional neglect they can set this all fertilizer off and in an instant destroy the place and exterminate its inhabitants. Once again - on the "antiquity of the Tartu University" (by readers' request).

I just got a private message which pointed to another sub-blog

"In fact there was no tradition of academic publishing, research or Estonian universities before Bolsheviks."

I was told that this is a lie as Estonian universities are in fact ancient.

As a proof I was given a link to the Wikipedia article on the so-called University of Tartu

The article claims that the University of Tartu was founded in 1632 and thus is one of Northern Europe's oldest universities.

This is patently false because present day university of Tartu has nothing in common with the  Acadeinia Gustaviana to which Soviet propagandists and today's Estonian ethno Nazis ascribe, preposterously,  descent of the Tartu University with which it has no relation rather than both being historic flukes and sharing a similar geographic location.

Wikipedia is controlled by the CIA - the English part - with management over certain geographical parts ceded over to pro-American ethnic communities. All articles on today's Estonia and Latvia are managed by the local ethnic Nazis and other editors or would-be editors are routinely banned for attempting to contradict ethno-Nazi myths even on the level of a benign discussion.

Here we face a severe problem of wholesale history usurpation, when an emergent tribal group that was brought to the surface of the historical cesspool (by Bolsheviks in this case, who were swimming in the contents of the same vessel) not just invents history but usurps, steals, pillages it from other people. The problem is endemic to the ethnic satrapies in the Baltics and to some extent is present in many other ethnic states   like the Czech Republic, though in the Baltic states, in all three of them and not just in Estonia (which among the three nasty sisters  is in the champion in the fields of ethnic and linguistic discrimination and other not-so-noble endeavors like Nazism glorification), the disease has long reached the terminal stage and is probably irreversible unless their very existence is reversed.  As a disclaimer it has to be added that the ethnic-nationalist rot and other people's history usurpation flourished under the Soviet Union because wholesale invention of historical fictions or  eradication of historic names began under Stalin .  Like  the UN, which in an act of ultimate wisdom decided that every "state" on earth must have at least one UNESCO heritage site (and Estonian ethno-nationalists managed to turn their "award" to propaganda objectives quite well, why not) , so Stalin propagandists decided that every titular tribe in each Soviet republic must have an ancient history of its own and  went forward with fabricating it.

In any case, I was reminded that  the Swedes founded the Tartu University in the year 1630.

Sorry guys, the Wikipedia falsifiers notwithstanding, the current nucleus of the ethno-Nazi thought (which is language-specific as it brews therein in Estonian and pig-English simultaneously) has nothing to do with the gymnasium that was founded in about same geographical locale, more or less, in the year 1630.

The gymnasium was not founded in Tartu, as the word was yet unknown or at least not yet written, but in Dorpat or  in Russian Iuriev (Juriev) 5 years after the Swedes (Occupiers? Genocidal aggressors? Invaders? ) took control over Livonia. Note that Dorpat ( Tartu in the dialect of the Esths) was not located in Estonia (Esthland) but in Livonia. The gymnasium was transformed legally to a university of rather to an academia with the name of Acadeinia Gustaviana in 1632 and survived until 1656.  That's somewhat longer than the longevity of the first Estonian and Latvian ethnocracies but still not particularly impressive.

The languages  of instruction at the Acadeinia Gustaviana were Swedish and Latin, its instructors were  Swedes and it was open to the children of  Swedish officials.  Now we have a claim of "research being done at an Estonian university" or that today's Tartu university was founded by the Swedes  as an Estonian university in 1632 (I wonder why wasn't  it founded by Estonians, well because they did not exist yet or tribal members did not yet know they are Estonians because even that appellation has not yet been invented for them) and the answer is following:

The Acadeinia Gustaviana was not an Estonian research university for the set of simple reasons such as:
the university was not in Estonia
it was not founded in Estonia
it never operated in the province of Estonia
it had no instructions in Estonian
it had no books in Estonian
it never did any research in Estonian
shall I continue?

Thus "Academia" as a purely   Swedish institution ceased to exist in 1656 when forces of Alexis I (the father of Peter I) liberated the Russian city of Iuriev  (Yuriev, Iuriev), which in 20th century Esths or now Estonians officially call Tartu.

Let's close the book. It is over.  End of story: year 1656.

The Swedes never resurrected the university but started another one  in 1690 they began a puny school project (just with 10 instructors) called Academia Gustaviana Carolina , which moved to Reval (Tallinn ) and Pernov, Pernow (Pärnu in Estonian dialect). That university literally expired as Swedish instructors left for Sweden after Baltic provinces were united with Russia and by 1710 the university ceased to exist for good and was never resurrected. That chapter is closed.

The new Imperial Russian University at Dorpat, with German language instruction, was opened in 1802, its founder was Alexander I of Russia. In 1902 that university celebrated its first centenary anniversary. With pomp, commemorative medals, champagne and fireworks. Nobody in right mind linked it with the long extinct Academia Gustaviana of 1630s or with the laughable Academia Gustaviana Carolina of 1690 vintage, as there was no political or cultural need for inventing long histories of affiliations with nominally Aryan people or cooking up fake pedigrees - something Estonian ethno-nationalists who now run Estonia feel a  pathological need for, especially in confirming in their own little minds and in those of their ignorant sponsors that special Nordic relation, which isn't there but which they really long for, exists.

Let's keep going. The Imperial University of Dorpat became Russian language institution in 1880 and in 1884 received the charter of Emperor's Russian University - one along with Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Kazan, Charkov (Kharkov) and so on and on. The Unviersity of Yuriev (Juriev, Iuriev) as it was then called and should be called by its proper historic name was not a prestigious one. According to memoires by Milukov it was ranked a bit lower than Kazan but attracted many liberal students from entire Russia and not just Livonia. By then the language of instruction was Russian.

In 1918 Yuriev (Juriev, Iuriev)  was ceased by the German troops and after appearance of the ethnic states created in concert with the Bolsheviks, the old University was eliminated. Many of its stuff moved to Soviet Russia along with evacuated instructions material, so the old Dorpat University or Yuriev (Juriev, Iuriev)  university can be considered - by staff and tradition - the parent of the Voronež (Voronezh) State university and not the Estonian language school called Tartu Ülikool that still occupies its buildings.

The Estonian school, called Higher School (Ülikool), loosely translated  now as university (with the meaning of the concept of university being totally lost in the process) appeared in 1919 with a limited number of courses offered in newly developed written Estonian.

The current university dates from 1944 and its origins are Stalinist and Soviet, not royal and Swedish.
 I have a smallish house in Moravia that is about 500 years old which I converted to a small though still not operational  bed and breakfast outfit.  In the 18th century there in my very house was a tavern with guest rooms. It would be incredible if I pretended that my operation is descended from the old tavern because it would clearly be a lie though of course both establishments share profile and exact location (Tartu University shares neither with the Academia Gustaviana).  

Estonian ethno-Nazis (and their brethren in many other ethnic states) feel that they can usurp history merely by geographical association. There was a bakery in a town and you opened a bakery in same town three hundred years later, it isn't the same bakery, is it? The ethno-Nazis claim it is and convince the world around that this is same thing. This obviously degrades the pedigree of other bakeries - and universities which do stretch their descent over centuries.

Despite current claims and assertions (which 19th century university in Dorpat and Yuriev / Iuriev never made),  the current so-called University of Tartu in Estonia has no direct line of descent to the Academia Gustaviana, established in 1632 and eradicated in 1656.

Why?

Because there is no evidence that any connection exists, save for desires of the current ethofascists to appear Nordic or ancient ot whatever, in any field like

-  terms of professorial tradition
or faculty or language of instruction
or library collections
or research
or types of courses offered
or nationality
or in fact anything including the buildings as today's Estonian language (Soviet and then ethnofascist) university occupies buildings built for and by the Imperial Russian university in the 19th century and some Soviet structures, not those of semi-mythical Academia Gustaviana.

In fact the only connection there is might be  geographical because there was a university in the past in that geographical locale, more or less, though even the town itself was named differently.

It is as if all circuses and theatres in and around Rome began suddenly claiming that it is they, each individually, who descend from the Roman Coliseum. The claim of every single establishment of the sort would however be less preposterous than   Estonian ethno-nationalists fantasies about Academia Gustaviana being the ancestor of their Tartu University, because Rome stays Rome and was Rome there and the Coliseum is still there to see but nothing is left of Academia Gustaviana and it was certainly not founded in Tartu or in Estonia.

It is comical: as if a library in Alexandria, Egypt would claim that it descends from the Library of Alexandria, which as far as I know is long gone.

The crux of the matter is the historic role of the Estonian SSR, the occupation mythology and the current identity in Estonia which is being presented as the only true one.

According to the fairy tale presented as fact -the university in Tartu is an old Estonian institution that was founded by good Swedes in the 1630s.

The actual story is different - the Estonian university one sees today is a Soviet progeny, its departments, auditoriums, many of its buildings and scientific or liberal arts research in Estonian language are recent and date from the Soviet era, principally from the period of Stalin through Brezhnev, not Gustavus Adolphus through Charles XII. The university also uses facilities such as its main building that were left over from the days of the old imperial Russian university, which had German and Russian as its instructional languages, but that institution is also long  gone,  little if any continuity with it exists save for  architectural surroundings.

Independence, Occupations and the Myth of Deportations.

I will try to address two issues here:
Independence,  Occupations and the Myth of Deportations.

I wrote that " Estonia was granted independence as a Soviet Republic due to the clause in the Soviet Union's constitution which permitted succession - from Russian and any logical point of vew, Estonia is a new state that appeared in 1991 and its independence was granted (not fought over, not "regained") under that explicit condition."

How did Estonia and Latvia become "independent".
This is obvious. They seceded not as ancient states being restored anew but as constituent republics of the USSR under a clause in the Soviet constitution that permitted secession of the Soviet republics (though because the constitution did not specify the circumstances the legality of secession is challengeable).

In fact it is the official position of the Russian Federation - what other can there be? which does not recognize the claim of continuity of any of the Baltic states.  The fact that Estonia or Latvia insist on the clause of continuity after they became "independent" ethnocracies invalidates the deal  of independence as it was obviously consummated in bad faith. Of course one can claim that opinion of John McCain thousands of miles away matters more than that of the Russian Federation parliament and the foreign ministry or than majority of 200 million of Estonia's Russian speakers next door and you can just do the trick by pretending that this is how it is going to be because America will defend us - in fact sacrifice itself for the ethno-Nazi cause - this is a shaky platform.   The fact remains that Neither Estonia nor Latvia are restored interwar state but  seceded Soviet republics. 

Because Eugene Holman wrote a brilliant defense of ethnofascist ethnocracies playing as  I assume the role of the devil's advocate, and in this case the devil is truly the devil, I am going to use his sentences to debunk ethno-Nazi myths.

So I'll quote
Most Estonians (as well as Latvians and Lithuanians) would disagree (with the idea that they seceded from the USSR as opposed to miraculously resurrected their prewar ethnocracies from the ether).

While after almost two decades of relentless ultanationalist and Nazi propaganda and indoctrination of historic myths of utmost absurdity, most Estonians (or say Esths) as well as Latvians and Lithuanians would "disagree" and claim that miraculously the three interwar ethnosatrapies were resurrected from the history's dumpster where they belong, the fact remains that Estonia and Latvia seceded as Soviet republics from the standpoint of the Russian Federation, and  as I hold equality and human rights as most important values I cannot see how opinion of 140 million can weigh so much less than opinion of  900 000?I understand that Estonians are racially better people (Rosenberg said that) but by the ratio of 140-145 to 1? Really?

Even with Estonians (Esths, i.e, Finno-Ugric peasants who were urbanized under Soviet Union and are now called Estonians), the distinction is not so clear cut - I know quite many Estonians who do not believe in the outlandish occupation theory - they too are indirectly deprived of voice - although admittedly they represent a minority of Estonians. This minority is not that small, perhaps constituting 25% of Estonian (Finno-Ugric speaking) voters in a very polarized society. In fact if the disenfranchised Russians could vote, then the political landscape would entirely be different.  Because they can't, both Estonia and Latvia are ruled by the vote of a minority in ethnically divided apartheid states. This means that neither Estonia nor Latvia, with all their ethno-Nazi polices, ministries, embassies, treaties are unlawful, illegal and illegitimate no matter what Joe Biden and John McCain says or whatever criteria of Copenhagen treaty was met according to the European Commission. By the way, perhaps would be of some interest to a linguist,  in Estonia and Latvia the Russians are called niggers, negroes, from Russian негр or negr from NeGRazhdanin (NeGR, НЕГР not citizen, not a full human being), their voice with "different" Estonians would have formed the majority of the country. 

Next comes the myth notion of liberal democracies being invaded and destroyed by the big bad Soviet Union. 

I will quote dear Gene Holman. "The three countries were the objects of political manipulations orchestrated from Moscow that resulted in their legally elected governments being ousted and replaced by Soviet-picket puppets who had Soviet handlers, all on June 17, 1940. Thus was a revision of the cynical and failed attempt to do the same thing to Finland in late 1939 (the Terijoki "government" under exiled Finnish communist Otto Ville (Вильгельмович) Kuusinen. " Love the Kuusinen character:)

At the time when the ethnocracies collapsed through the peaceful vote to join the family of Soviet nations who accepted newcomers with opened arms, none of those statelets governments was legitimate, liberal, democratic or in fact elected. All three were dictatorships. In fact three were fascist dictatorships. Konstantin Päts (pots?) of Estonia  was a dictator. I recently found the grave of Erast Giatsintov, the mayor of Reval, Tallinn in ethnofascist and Soviet parlance, from 1905 to 1908. Päts was his secretary. More on that later).  This is the fact that is not even disputed in anti-Russian American scholarship which routinely claims that aside from Great Britain (and Great Britain was never  itself a democracy to begin with) only France, Belgium and Netherlands could be qualified as states with elected representative governments in entire Europe (in entire Eastern Hemisphere perhaps!) Some charitable souls add Finland and Czechoslovakia to the elect club of the elected but that is an exaggeration - Finland was fascist and Czechoslovakia was an ethnocracy, a dictatorship of Bohemian Czechs.  But aside from ethno-Nazi propaganda never  in any serious  body of work did I see claims, unless made in jest, that Smetona's concentration camp, Ulmanis bankrupt ethnozoo or dark and morbid swamp called Estonia under dictator Konstantin Päts were elected. By whom? By God?

Secondly the Soviet Union never invaded any of the Baltic states as nobody, not even most rabid partisan of the ethnofascist cause, no matter how many beverages he consumed, can show any proof of any armed invasion which I assume should be countered by resistance of the ethnocracies armed forces, which did not take place.

Ethnonazis and their sympathizers massage their claim that the election was rigged and illegitimate because foreign troops were present.  First Soviet troops were not foreign but were Soviet, mainly Russian, who were returning to the territory which was historically theirs unlike say Afghanistan and  Iraq, the land that has no relation either to Estonian or the Latvian Nazis, or in fact to the USA. Estonia and Latvia's militaries like in WWII joined the bad guys' side and are now occupying another country. I have not yet heard a claim by an Estonian politician that (positively rigged) elections in Afghanistan or Iraq are invalid and illegitimate because of the presence of Estonian occupation forces there. An independent observer would not fail to notice a fundamental failure of logic and application of not just of double but of triple or quadruple standards.

Another claim of victimhood consists of a sentiment that the Soviet Union applied undue pressure on the gentle ethnofascist satrapies and caused them, oh God, anguish.  In fact it might have even used some coercion.  I should bring up the question of applying pressure or coercion in international relations as carried out by imperialist or Nazi states today or by the  aggressive bloc NATO - Serbia, Kosovo, Lybia are examples of using coercion to extract political settlements.Not Estonia.

Now there is a treaty all right, called the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties that explicitly makes military violence or threat of violence or coercion unacceptable and invalidates legal agreements obtained through force or threat thereof. I am not sure the management of the Fourth Reich behind Atlantic or its NATO vassals are familiar with the treaty their own representatives signed because basically it makes a great deal of agreements entered by the USA and other "coerced" parties totally null and void.  Not even worth the paper they are written on. There is one important point though, Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, dates from 1969 and has no retroactive effect or legal force. Because  Estonia and Latvia voluntarily and on their free will and accord joined the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in 1940 and the provisions of the treaty that appeared 30 years late has no effect on them, though it has on Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya)

Next ethnofascist myth to debunk - the horrors of deportations of the horror of horrors\

"The summer of 1940 saw the beginnings of the sovietization of the three societies, and rigged elections saw them "apply" to join the USSR in early September, "requests" that were granted. Although deportations or the fiction thereof is a subject for a separate entry, I would challenge anyone to name three Estonian industrialists of the Henry Ford scale - no,  no, no, name some minor fish but he must be an industrialist, not a manual coffee mill operator, who was arrested or killed (that's a difference there, eh?).

Well, I know one. He is Vasili Voinov ( Wassili  Semjonovič  Woinoff, Василий Семенович Воинов], 1877-1942, who was the wealthiest man in Estonia, was Russian, and left a mark in Reval (currently Tallinn) toponymics - it is the WW area. He also had the Grand Marina cinema and the area at what is now 5 Mere puiestee and what is now Russian cultural center.  I have no idea why did he not flee before the republic joined the Soviet Union and cleansed itself from the likes of him - alien, Slav, wealthy, not the good Finno-Ugrian Stalinist Estonians were at the time.  The fact is that he was deported and died in Siberia but he was a Russian who was deported by Estonians.

Stalin who created today's Estonia by drawing ethnic and linguistic lines was a Russophobe.  He did not kill Estonian Nazis but murdered Russian SS soldiers (like the Vlasov and Krasnov men who were executed). Stalin exhibited extreme leniency toward Estonian Nazis (that's again a subject for a separate entry). The largest group deported  in 1940 and murdered were Russians, former White Army officers and men, 6000 altogether.  These were Russians deported to Siberia by Estonians.

The truth - Russians did not deport any Estonian except for very top of the fascist military. You see Estonians speak a funny relict tongue nobody in the Soviet army was capable of speaking.  Estonians deported their fellow Estonians - the rich and unreliable.  If you would send me to Estonia in 1940 with orders to deport some anti-Soviet or profascist folks I wouldn't know where to begin. By the way deporting a few fascists (something Estonians did themselves) is not the same as exterminating entire population. Obviously the Soviet Union had the means to kill off every Estonian, man, woman and child in the matter of a week. But did nothing of the sort.  Alexander Werth,  London Times correspondent at Stalingrad (and besieged Leningrad) and author of the Russia at War (1964) writes about liberated Estonia - the year 1944, he says that the Soviet NKVD's Estonian operators (again Russians don't speak Estonian  and could no nothing) put up special boxes through which natives could denounce their neighbors as Nazi collaborators.  In many villages the denunciation was total - 100 of inhabitants got denounced. Soviet authorities proceeded carefully otherwise they would have had to deport entire population - something that perhaps wasn't such a bad idea but something that they did not pursue/


Final ethnofascist claim, rather persistent one, - that  they have the  right (what right, God-given right?) to decide who is human and who is not, who gets citizenship and who does not.

I stressed before that I don't know of a single Baltic government, that was elected and legitimate, as opposed to postwar CIA-set up,  that moved to exile or to any ethno-Nazi embassies all over the world except for CIA-run legations in New York or London, hardly representing the entire humanity but only propaganda outposts on the territory of the Soviet Union and Russia's civilizational enemy. 

With above in mind, I should repeat the facts with which I began. Estonia and Latvia separated from the USSR as constituent Soviet Republics and were recognized as new entities by the Russian Federation, not as resurrected ghosts of the dead ethnocracies.  Were Russia to reconsider that, it would make the recognition of their independence null and void (in my personal opinion Russia should and must derecognize all three Baltic statelets anyway, a impose appropriate sanctions on them - for example a company that buys anything from Estonia or is active there should not be allowed to operate in Russia, and in long term seek their elimination), then that would become an issue not worth discussing. The ethno-Nazi statelets could pursue policies of discrimination, disenfranchisement and apartheid only because the Russian Federation as it has emerged (which is neither Russian nor a federation) is incapable of acting because interests of its largely Muscovite Thieving Class always trump interests of the country.  The current ethnic Baltic satrapies, particularly Estonia and Latvia, lack any legitimacy although for strategic reasons they were integrated into the EU and NATO structure and are heavily subsidized.

Propaganda versus apathy (2) - a response that couldn't be posted

Gene, thank you for your comments and thank your passionate defense of Estonian Nazis and discrimination. 

 I spend a great deal of time in Estonia and would say that the situation with citizenship is certainly worse now than it has ever  been 10 or 15 years ago.  Also I have not yet met a Russian speaker who does not consider himself or herself to be discriminated against because in actuality they all are victims of daily relentless discrimination. In fact I've been discriminated against all the time in Estonia  as it is the only place in the world so far where one is harassed for being Russian or Jewish or perceived to be of inferior background or race. As I've lived in the USA, Austria, Germany, France and now am resident of the Czech Republic, I must say that Estonia's case is special. In fact as I've also spent some time in Latvia I would attest that the situation there is far milder. Estonia is a Nazi statelet.  Furthermore because Estonia is explicitly an ethnic enthocracy, an ethnocracy, people are discriminated against even they somehow obtained ethnofascist statelet's citizenship. Russians are paid one third less or half the amount of what so-called Estonians get for the same work. Today's Estonia is apartheid state.  Its only attractiveness to the EU and the NATO - and why it was so speedily absorbed is to get a bargaining card in the game against Russia as well as reserve a launch pad for aggression - everyone recognizes that the state is not democratic - when a third of people can't vote because they are of wrong origins and can't speak their own language or use it in store signs (unlike English, which as the language of the Nazidoom's chief protector is not discriminated against).
All this said let me debunk one assertion here: Estonia "restored" (somehow miraculously) its "independence" in 1991 and people who were not of "Estonian" descend were denied citizenship because they never had any.  Well, Estonia was granted independence as a Soviet Republic due to the clause in the Soviet Union's constitution which permitted succession - from Russian and any logical point of vew, Estonia is a new state that appeared in 1991 and its independence was granted (not fought over, not "regained") under that explicit condition. I have not yet met a Russian speaker, even one who by descent is a citizen of so-called Estonian republic (and I met some incredible people with ten or more generations linked to the territory that is now called Estonia) who hold a different vew. Furthermore Estonian Republic to which ethno-Nazis refer is not an ancient country that was a restored but ethnocracy created with the help of Bolsheviks. It ceased to exist forever when it peacefully joined the USSR, post factum Nazi groans notwithstanding, and the state that was appeared on the map in 1991 - as a result of Gorbachev's and Eltsin's historic crime no doubt - had nothing to do with that interwar statelet either physically, historically, demographically or in fact visually - it was a totally different territory. Ethno-Nazis pretend that they can just take the Estonian SSR and put in some drawer. I understand that the ethno-Nazi backers and the evil empire behind the ocean support the notion as it is essential to their ongoing anti-Russian crusade, but any impartial observer would agree that the position is absurd (and ethno-Nazi backers know it).

Two positions exist. One is held by Estonian ethno-Nazis (say collectively 900 000 people) and their Cold War sponsors - US, Britain (350 or million) and perhaps someone else though West European countries all recognized legality of Estonia's (or territory that is now Estonia) presence in the USSR - either explicitly as Austria when it signed the State Treaty or by signing Helsinki Accords (that recognized validity of borders within Europe, the post WWII Westphalia) - this is the view that you put forward (Estonian independence restored, descendants of the interwar ethnocracy got citizenship, others - well tough luck).

The second one is that Estonia was a constituent, self-ruled part of the USSR , a member republic and not an occupied state. That view is held by Russia, China, India, most of Latin America and I would used to be held by most of Western European states and all states of course in Central Eastern Europe, but it is Russia's job to call them all to account on the issue, one by one. So say we'got - 3.5 - 4 billion people. Opinions of 350 million (by representative citizenship) versus 5 billion.
You - like the English Wikipedia which is controlled by ethno-Nazis and the CIA - it is -  propagate the view held by Estonian ethnofascists and their anti-Russian American backers (which by citizenship would represent like 5% of humanity at most) while neglecting to say that another portion of humanity (at least 90% or so?)  and another party in the dispute - Russia (again same Russia - 900 000 Estonians versus 145 000 000 nominal Russians) hold an opposing view.
Only opinion of one side - that of the ethnocracy miraculously resurrected from the history's garbage can -is presented as if it were the only truth.
And it is not. Thanks for coming. Although I am busy I'll try to be writing more about Estonia, about language discrimination, deliberate destruction of historic heritage and what to do about it.

As a foornote - My opinion on the matter is clear. If Estonia can restore its independence to the point of 1918 and claim that the history began at that point, Russia can and should do say and turn the clock back to 1913. Just five short years what a difference make.
